After some years I have finally written a brief story as a memorial to those who were casualties during the battle in the Hurtgen Forest. I was a member of the 4th Division from 1940-45 including most of the battles in Europe.
I would like permission to use your pics of Hurtgen including the map used in the 1st Battalion story on-line.
